Kiersten Hawkins is a portrait artist who primarily works with oil paints. Although she has always been a creative individual, she began her painting journey in 2017 out of a genuine interest in the craft. Kiersten started with acrylics, and over the years, her passion for creating not only endured but grew stronger. She later transitioned into oil paints, which sparked a new love and a deeper connection to her work. Since embracing this medium, she has found her inspiration rooted in the simplicity of the human experience. In May 2025, Kiersten graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Visual Arts and Emerging Media Management. Her studies challenged her creatively and opened doors to new opportunities to share her work. She has exhibited her art in galleries, participated in live painting events, and been featured in art magazines, earning recognition and awards such as Best in Show. Currently, Kiersten is focusing on full-body portraiture and the exploration of vibrant color schemes. She hopes to continue developing her artistic voice while sharing her work with wider audiences.
